Parking

Parking isn’t a problem in downtown West Palm Beach! You’ll be hard pressed to pay more than $5-6 for parking, and with a little bit of walking you can usually enjoy the evening for FREE!  (For the parking, at least.) Iris Street (just back of the Kravis Center) is just a little over one block away (west) from CityPlace, and the meters there are free after 7PM!  If you park in the garages at Rosemary Square to go to AMC Rosemary Square 12, the theater will validate your parking (for at least three hours) so your parking will be — FREE! 

The parking over the top of the hill (West of Sapodilla) is close to either Rosemary Square or Clematis (a mere 2-6 blocks to the majority of clubs and Clematis By Night), and meters there end at 7pm.  Some of the downtown meters are also free after 7 (and on Sunday and Holidays, all day). The city parking garages give ready access to the dining and music of downtown, and you’ll typically pay no more than $3-4 for an evening of parking for the downtown garages (recently converted to allow credit card payments)!  The Rosemary Square garages are a bit steeper (see the schedule below) but still nothing like most metro areas. All the meters downtown are on a cell parking system, so you can call the number on the meter or use your card in the meter and have your parking billed to a credit/debit card.  You can select by the minute or by the hour, and renew via phone also.

In the early evenings you can take the free trolley from Rosemary Square down to the waterfront; it’s always a safe, enjoyable ride in the open trolleys and you can take in the music and the trolley goes down Clematis.
